Brand identity design for clothing brands

# An identity that belongs on your clothes.

Develop a name, visual identity and voice around the customer and collection. Then apply them to the labels, packaging, store and content where people will meet your brand.

Your starting point

## Where this helps.

For founders creating a clothing brand, or refining an existing identity before developing the collection, store and launch material.

### Bring what you have.

- Who the brand is for and the product idea behind it.
- Any existing name, logo, references and language you want to keep.
- The places the identity needs to work, from a garment label to a product page.

Open questions are welcome. The first conversation is free; we agree the work and fees before starting.

The work and the handover

## What you receive.

The proposal names the design directions, review stages, applications and files included. Website development, physical packaging production and campaign execution are separately scoped. Specialist name and trademark clearance is arranged separately where needed; a design proposal does not establish legal availability.

### Brand identity

A name, a look and a voice that belong together.

- Positioning and naming
- Logo, type and colour
- Brand voice and copy
- Labels, packaging and brand guide

The handoverYour brand files, writing guidance and label and packaging designs.

From brief to approval

## How the work moves forward.

Each review gives the next stage a clear starting point. We keep the decisions and approved versions together so everyone works from the same brief.

1. ### Agree what the brand stands for

Define the customer, product point of view and price position. Use that brief to judge design directions.

2. ### Develop the identity

Work through naming where needed, the logo, type, colour and language. Review how the elements work together before preparing final applications.

3. ### Test it on real formats

Review the mark at label size, on packaging and within a product page. Check what can be reproduced clearly in the intended material and process.

4. ### Prepare a usable handover

Bring the agreed artwork, application rules and writing guidance into a brand guide, with file access and usage terms recorded.

## See the identity on the things you make.

Read the brief behind @Ease and see how a brand decision changes a label, product description and visual application.

- Use one visual direction across the garment, label and packaging.
- Review scale, legibility and reproduction before finalising the artwork.

Before we begin

## Your questions, answered.

### Can you work with a name or logo I already have?

Yes. We review what exists against the customer, collection and intended applications, then agree what to retain, refine or develop.

### Is this just logo design?

The scope can include positioning, naming, the visual system, voice, labels, packaging and a brand guide. We agree the required applications before work starts.

### Do you also build the website and launch campaigns?

Yes, those services are available as part of a wider launch engagement. An identity engagement does not automatically include the store build, photography or campaign management; the proposal identifies the work you need.

### Can the work be reviewed remotely?

Yes. We work with founders worldwide through shared presentations and recorded feedback. We agree who approves each stage and how changes are consolidated.

## Useful preparation.
