These terms apply to use of the Surajmal Studio website. A Studio engagement is governed by a separate written agreement.

## Website information

The website provides general information about Studio capabilities and educational guides for clothing founders. It does not provide legal, regulatory, financial or other professional advice.

## Guides and regulated subjects

Guides summarise selected sources available on their stated review date. Requirements can change and may apply differently to a particular product, business or market. Always check the current legal instrument, mandatory standard and appropriate professional advice before making a compliance decision.

## Enquiries

Submitting an enquiry does not create an engagement, confidential relationship or obligation to accept a project. Scope, fees, ownership, confidentiality, timing and deliverables are agreed separately in writing.

## Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website design, text, graphics and original materials are owned by or licensed to Surajmal Studio. They may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission. Third-party source material remains subject to its own terms.
