When you submit a project enquiry, we collect the information entered in the form, including your name, email address and/or phone number (including its country code), the country where you are based if you choose to provide it, and your idea description.

When you subscribe to new guides, we collect your email address to send those updates through our email service provider. Subscription is optional and separate from a project enquiry.

We record anonymous operational events when someone follows an enquiry link, starts the form, or the email provider accepts or rejects an enquiry. These event records contain only the event type and a broad page category. They contain no form answers, email addresses, visitor identifiers or URL query strings, and set no analytics cookies. Our hosting provider may separately process technical request logs to operate and protect the site.

The website is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure. Project enquiries may be delivered using an email service provider and protected by anti-spam services. These providers may process information in countries other than the country from which you submit it.

Enquiry information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed to evaluate the project, communicate with you and maintain appropriate business records. Information is not sold. Relevant project information may be shared with Surajmal Shobhachand to coordinate the services you enquire about, with service providers, or where required by law.

To unsubscribe from guide updates, email hello@surajmalstudio.com and ask us to remove your address. We retain your subscription address while you remain subscribed; after removal, we may retain a limited record of your request so it can be respected.

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information held in relation to your enquiry, subject to applicable legal requirements.
